Talos has several 3rd party assessment integrations integrated within the system.
Learn how to have Talent Strengths setup within your ATS, so you can request candidates complete psychometric and talent management assessments, which are populated in Talos.

Bearer Token
Talent Strengths support team will be able to provide these credentials to you.
We will also need to know which users need access to the below Talent Strengths permissions which have been setup in the system:

Can Request Talent Strengths | Grants access to request Talent Strengths assessment for a candidate to complete |
Can Download Talent Strengths | Grants access to download completed Talent Strengths assessment reports |
Linking Talent Strengths to Talos
Once you have all of the required information, please pass this on to your Project Manager or the Talos Support team who will be happy to setup the integration within your Talos system.
Note: the assessments that are setup within your Talent Strengths system will automatically be available in Talos.
This includes any new ones that are added after the integration has gone live and any assessments which are amended.
