Talos has several HR providers integrated within the system.
Learn how to manage and submit candidates from Talos, so candidates details are populated within your SMI system.
Note: you will need access to the SMI module against your user account to be able to submit candidates to SMI.
Completing the New Starter Form
To submit a candidate to SMI, you will need to complete part of the New Starter Form in the system.
Navigate to the candidate you would like to submit to SMI and click on the 'SMI HR Integration' accordion:
This will load the SMI New Starter Form.
Any mandatory and job specific fields will need to be completed within the ATS (candidates do not have visibility of this section) before the rest of the form is sent to the candidate to be completed.
Note: all of the sections can be completed in the ATS, however, we would advise the Employee sections are sent to the candidate to complete so these are accurate.
Once the mandatory and job specific fields have been completed, scroll to the end of the page/form, click on 'Save Progress' to save the form and click on 'Email Candidate' to send the form link to the candidate to complete the Employee Information fields:
Once the candidate has completed the Candidate Personal Information fields, you can review this under each section in Talos. You can also click on the 'Send to SMI HR' button at the end of the form to submit the candidates details to SMI HR.
