Talos has several HR providers integrated within the system.
Learn how to setup iTrent within your ATS, so you can onboard candidates directly into your HR system.
Note: you will need access to the Integrations Management administration permission to setup the integration

iTrent also use something called 'Data Maps' on their system to map candidate details to areas. These data maps will need to be setup as below in Talos:
Data Map Name - Talos People
Data Map Package Name - Talos New Starter
Note: the Data Map names will always be set as above, and these values will need to be added to your iTrent system exactly as above to map the relevant information per Data Map.
We will also need the field data from your iTrent system for any dropdown fields. These can include the below:
Gender
Religion
Sexual Orientation
Certified Disabled
Ethnic Origin
Nationality
Marital Status
Title
These details will need to be exported from iTrent. iTrent's supper team will be able to assist in exporting these values if required.
Linking iTrent to Talos
Go to the Talos Marketplace and find the 'iTrent' integration and click on 'Connect':
Click on 'Enable this Integration' and complete the required fields and click on 'Save' to link the integration with your ATS:
Once the details have been saved, the integration tile will be updated on the home page of the Integrations to show this is connected:

Data Transfer
The data transfer from Talos to iTrent occurs in two separate stages. The first part of the submission contains the candidates personal information of the candidate, with the second part containing bank details and employment information.
The first submission must be successful before the second request will be triggered to send. For the second request to send, iTrent will also need to setup a webhook (notification) on your system.
This notification will be sent to the ATS to confirm the initial submission has completed successfully, and the second submission will then be sent from the ATS and update the candidates record in iTrent with their bank details and employment information.

Any fields which have been highlighted in the table below are mandatory and must be included for a submission to be successful to iTrent.

FAQ
Can I add additional fields into the form?
Yes, you can add additional fields into the data capture form however this information will not be transferred to iTrent. The integration will only transfer information for the fields indicated above.
Can I remove fields from the form that I don't want to transfer?
Yes, you can remove any optional fields from the forms that you don't wish to include in the transfer. However, some fields are mandatory, these mandatory fields cannot be removed and must be completed.
Are documents transferred to iTrent?
Any documents which are linked to a candidates application in Talos are not transferred to iTrent.
