Has a candidate uploaded the incorrect CV to their application? Or requested their CV be updated for another reason?
The CV for a candidate can be updated within Talos, against the candidates application, in just a few easy steps!
Updating a CV
To update the CV for a candidate, navigate to the candidates application on Talos and click on the 'Application' accordion:
Click on the 'CV Preview' tab under the 'Application' accordion and then click on 'Replace CV' in the upper right-hand corner of the CV Preview tab and then click on the 'Select File' button:
This will load file explorer on your device. Select the relevant file from your device and click on 'Open' within the file explorer window and this will replace the CV against the candidates application. This will show an information banner to say the CV has not yet been parsed:
Note: please allow 5-10 minutes for the CV to be parsed on the system before this is displayed within the ATS.
