Talos has several HR providers integrated within the system.
Learn how to have Cascade setup within your ATS, so you can onboard candidates directly into your HR system.
Setup
Required Information
The below details will be required to integrate HiBob to Talos:
Client Username
Client Password
Talos will also need to know which of the standard 34 fields you would like to be setup on with your integration that Cascade provide as well as any bespoke fields that you would like to add.
Note: please see the 'New Starter Import Specification' document attached to this guide, which has been provided by Cascade, on which are the standard 34 fields with their integration.
We will also need any dropdown field values. These can be exported by Cascade support.
Linking Cascade to Talos
Once you have all of the required information, please pass this on to your Project Manager or the Talos Support team who will be happy to setup the integration within your Talos system.
Note: once the integration has been completed in Talos, your Cascade account manager will need to be made aware, so they can speak to their technical team who will be able to link the integration on their side.
