Talos360 Core Data has been setup as an integration within Talos so you are able to export the core data of candidates, as well as any documents associated with a candidates application if needed.
Learn how to setup Talos360 Core Data FTP within your ATS, so you can export candidates directly into your system.
Note: you will need access to the Talos Marketplace administration permission to setup the integration

Required Information
The below details will be required to integrate Talos360 Core Data FTP in the ATS, as we use Basic Authentication for exporting core data:

FTP Password
API URL
API Key
Setting up Talos360 Core Data FTP
Go to the Talos Marketplace and find the 'Talos360 Core Data Documents FTP' integration and click on 'Connect':
Click on 'Enable this Integration' and complete the required fields and click on 'Save' to link the integration with your ATS:
Once the details have been saved, the integration tile will be updated on the home page of the Integrations to show this is connected:
Assigning Talos360 Core Data FTP to Profiles
Go to the 'Edit Profile Settings' screen and select the relevant profiles from the 'Profile' dropdown that you would like to link the Talos360 Core Data FTP integration to.
Click on the 'HR Connect' tab and then select the 'Talos360 Core Data FTP' integration from the list:
Note: if you are utilising any additional Onboarding features in Talos, you are also able to setup pre-onboarding checks with this integration.
This ensures that candidates are only submitted to Talos360 Core Data FTP once all onboarding actions have been completed.
Select the relevant checks you would like to enable:
Click on 'Save' in the lower right-hand corner to link the integration to the profile.
Adding Auto Action to Progression Stage
Info: this is an optional step. If you would like to send candidates manually only, this step can be skipped.
You can also setup an Auto-Action to send a candidate’s details to Talos360 Core Data FTP automatically once they’ve have been moved to a specific progression stage.
Go to the 'Progression Stages Admin' screen and select the profile you would like to set the auto action up on. On a stage in the Offered or Hired millstone, select the progression stage you would like to setup the auto-action against, click on ‘Add Auto Action’ and then select the ‘Send to Talos Connect’ action from the dropdown list:
Candidates can still be exported via Talos360 Core Data FTP manually by clicking on 'Send' on under the 'Talos360 Core Data' accordion.
