Talos has several HR providers integrated within the system.
Learn how to manage and submit candidates from Talos, so candidates details are populated within your Ceridian system.
Note: you will need access to the 'View' and 'Send' HR Connect permissions against your user account to be able to submit candidates to Ceridian.
Completing Pre-Onboarding Checks for Submission
To submit a candidate to Ceridian, you will need to complete the internal data capture form, and any pre-onboarding checks that have been enabled on your system (Right to Work check for example) will need to be completed by you/the candidate.
Navigate to the candidate you would like to submit to Ceridian and click on the 'HRConnect - Ceridian' accordion and this will show you which pre-onboarding checks are still outstanding:

The Data capture form can be completed in the 'Data Capture Form' accordion tab:
Once all of the pre-onboarding checks have been completed, this will allow you to send the candidates details to Ceridian to be onboarded with your HR system:
