How do I access the portal?
All you need to do is log in to Talos and click on the questions mark icon at the bottom of the navigation bar. Next click on 'Support Centre'. Here you will see everything from Updates, User-guides, Ask us a question, Raise a ticket and our System Status.
Will I need a log in to access the Support Portal?
No, once logged in to Talos you will automatically be able to raise tickets and chat via the portal.
What will happen to my existing tickets on the previous Support Portal?
Don't worry, any tickets that you currently have open will remain in the previous portal and the support team will action them from their. Any new tickets raised will automatically be in the new portal.
Can I still email my ticket requests in?
Yes this function is still available, you can email us - [email protected], however we do recommend raising via the portal within Talos as this way you track all of you conversations and tickets in one place.
