Linking an Integration to Talos

Go to the Talos Marketplace and find the integration you would like to integrate with and click on 'Connect':

Click on 'Connect' and complete the required fields and click on 'Save' to link the integration with your ATS:

Once the details have been saved, the integration tile will be updated on the home page of the Integrations to show this is connected:

Assigning User Permissions

Assigning Integration to Profiles in Talos

Go to the 'Edit Profile Settings' screen and select the relevant profiles from the 'Profile' dropdown that you would like to link the integration to.

Click on the 'Talos Connect' tab and then select the integration from the list:

Click on 'Save' in the lower right-hand corner to link the integration to the profile.

Updating Live Vacancies

Once an Assessment or Background Connect integration has been enabled on your system, any vacancy that was already live will need to be manually updated as required, by including the integration. Please see our helpful guides below:
