Talos has several 3rd party providers integrated within the system.

Note: you will need the relevant Background Connect permissions to be able to view and submit candidates to Great with Talent.
Submitting a Check
Navigate to the candidate's application you would like to complete background checks and click on the 'Talos Assessment/Background Connect' accordion:
Select 'Great with Talent' in the accordion and on the 'Candidate Details' pop-out window, complete the Candidate Details form selecting any relevant assessment to send to the candidate and provided the completion date and then click on 'Send Request':
Once the request is sent, it will be marked as In Progress. You can select the three-dot menu to view the details of the submitted check:
Results and Reporting
At this point, Great with Talent takes over, sending the assessment to the candidate via email. Once completed, the results will be sent back to Talos.
The status of the check will be updated in Talos under the relevant Talos Connect accordion (Assessment or Background) and a link is provided to navigate to the report within Great with Talents system.
