There are two pathways a customer can take when they need support -

  • Zinc Customer Success Team

This is the best place to get updates on candidates or check progress. You can contact the team at [email protected] however the best and quickest way to speak to the team is via live chat on our website. Please be advised that once on live chat the customer will have to ask to speak to an agent to be transferred to a team member. Otherwise they will be speaking to our chatbot, Zinni. We have a 24 hour average turnaround time on.

  • Account Management Team

This is the pathway for account based questions or issues they are having with their Zinc acc. The team can help navigate these issues and offer account solutions. They can be contacted by email at [email protected]. We have a 24 hour average turnaround time on email.
