Any roles that were posted on your Talos ATS before the HR Connect integration was enabled will need to have the integration manually added within the Job Settings of each role where the integration is required.
Linking Integration to a Job
Firstly, on the Vacancies page, select the 3-dot menu against the job you would like to link your chosen HR Connect integration to and select 'Job Settings':
In Job Settings, select 'HR Connect' via the left-hand side menu and toggle on the integration(s) you would like to enable against the vacancy and then click 'Save':
When a candidate is moved to either the Offered or Hired milestone, this will show the accordion for your chosen integration(s):
