Are you having issues logging into Talos? Or just want to update your password? No problem at all, as you can easily reset your password in multiple ways!
This guide will also help with other common account access issues, such as what to do if you haven't received a welcome email after registration or have trouble recovering your login credentials.
Haven't Received the Welcome Email or need to reset your password?
If you're a new user and didn't receive the Talos360 welcome email with your login link or simply need to reset your password, you can still access your account by following these steps:
Navigate to the Talos360 Login Page.
Enter your username, which is your registered email address.
Click the 'Forgot Password' link.
Follow the instructions sent to your email to set up your password.
Once your password is set, log in to your Talos360 account. Administrator Note: To ensure the welcome email is sent, check the 'Send Welcome Email' option while creating user accounts.
Enter your email address in the 'Forgotten your password?' screen and this will send through an email to your mailbox with a link to reset your password.
If you do not receive this email, check your spam or junk folder, and make sure that your email address was entered correctly.
Note: your email address needs to match what is setup against your user account in Talos to be able to successfully send you a password reset email.
Reset Password via the ATS
You can also reset your password directly from the ATS, if already signed in.
To do this, go to the Password Reset screen and type in your current password and a new password within the available fields:
Click on submit and this will update the password to your Talos ATS account.
Tips for Ensuring Smooth Account Access
Here are some recommendations to avoid facing access issues in the future:
Ensure your email is entered correctly and free of typos during registration.
Check spam or junk folders for important Talos360 emails.
Use strong, unique passwords and update them periodically.
Bookmark login pages for quick access.
Using SSO?
This means you are using your corporate credentials to access Talos and your password cannot be reset from the ATS. If you used the password rest email option from the login page to reset your password, the email will not be sent.
You will need to speak to your IT team who will be able to assist in resetting the password to you corporate user account.
If you need further support, your IT team can also assist in ensuring your corporate login credentials are updated correctly.
