Learn how to link you Talos and DocuSign accounts together

When linking up your DocuSign user account to Talos, you will need to grant permissions for Talos to access DocuSign.

Linking your Accounts

You will need a DocuSign user account to send envelopes through Talos ATS. As part of this process, you will authenticate your account with DocuSign allowing you to access the DocuSign system.

Note: if you do not have a DocuSign user account, you will need to reach out to your DocuSign administrator or Talos Support.

When your account has been authenticated you will see an option in DocuSign accordion in Talos ATS to grant permission which will link your Talos account to your DocuSign account.

This will only need to be completed once:

Note: you will need to have access to the DocuSign module in Talos to see the DocuSign accordion and this will become available for candidates who are at the Offered and Hired milestones.

When selecting 'Grant Permission', a DocuSign window will open asking you to sign into DocuSign (if not already signed in). Once you have signed in, you will see an option to allow access to link the accounts.

A message will then be shown to confirm that the accounts have been linked:

You can then close the DocuSign window and refresh the Talos page and the DocuSign accordion will update and allow you to send any templates assigned to your profile.

Note: if no templates are available to send from Talos, please contact your DocuSign administrator or Talos Support who will be able to grant access.

FAQ

Why am I seeing 'User Credentials cannot be found within DocuSign' when linking the accounts?

This can occur:

  • If you do not have a DocuSign account or you have not yet activated your account, please contact Talos Support or your DocuSign administrator.

-OR-

  • If you use a different email address for both Talos and DocuSign, please provide your DocuSign email address to Talos Support or your DocuSign Administrator.
