Talos has a fully built Reporting Suite, which will allow you to generate certain reports that have been created system wide for all of our clients to use.

These reports range from application, job post and Trust ID data, and everything else in-between.

Reports can be generated on an ad-hoc basis, or can be setup as a schedule so they are emailed to you based on a set criteria that has been entered during the schedule setup.

Note: you will need access to the 'Reporting' module against your user account to have access to the Reporting Suite.

Generating Reports

Ad-Hoc

To generate a report go to the Reporting Suite in Talos. Within the Reporting screen, select the type of report you would like to generate from the 'Select Report' dropdown, the date parameter you would like to run the report for and if all hierarchy teams are to be reported on:

Click on the 'Display Report' button to display the report in the ATS like below:

You can download a report that is displayed in the ATS by clicking on the download button and selecting the required format:

Click on the 'Download CSV Report' next to 'Display Report' to download a raw data CSV file directly to your device which contains the data based on the report that has been selected.

Note: depending on the report that has been selected and the timeframe the report is generating the data from, some reports can take some time to display/download. In this instance, we recommend scheduling these reports where possible.

Scheduled Reports

To create a new schedule, or review your current schedules, go to the 'Report Schedules' page.

To create a new schedule, select the report you would like to setup on a schedule and select which hierarchy teams you would like to report on.

Select the date range to run the report off of, as well as how frequent you want the report to be ran as well as the format of the report:

Note: for weekly and monthly frequencies, you will also need to select a day of the week (weekly) or day of the month (monthly) to run the report on.

Click on 'Create Schedule' to create your new schedule. Any schedules will be shown at the bottom of the page:

This section will give you information on:

  • Report name

  • Date range

  • Client

  • Teams the report is ran against

  • Frequency of the report

  • Last date/time the report was sent

  • File type of the report

You can also delete the report schedule by clicking on the 'X' button under the 'Remove' column.

Report Definitions

To view the definitions of each report in the system, within the reporting suite, click on the 'Report Definitions' icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Report or Report Schedules pages:

This will load a new page with each global report available in the system and a brief description of what the report generates and how it is generated:
