Learn how to get setup with the Fourth integration with Talos

Talos has several HR providers integrated within the system.

Learn how to have Fourth setup within your ATS, so you can onboard candidates directly into your HR system.

Setup

Required Information

  • Organisation ID

  • Client Username

  • Client Password

We will also need the below files exporting from Fourth which Fourth support can assist with:

  • Structure

  • Contracts (if contracts are used within your Fourth platform)

  • Proof of Eligibility and Nationality

  • Global Settings

Information: please see below for a short description of each file

  • Structure file – this file includes all structure setup on Fourth, such as locations, divisions and job titles.

  • Proof of Eligibility and Nationalities file – this file includes all of the Nationalities and what Proof of Eligibilities each of the Nationalities has been setup with.

  • Contracts file – This file has all the contracts a job title has been linked with in Fourth.

Linking Fourth to Talos

Once you have all of the required information, please pass this on to your Project Manager or the Talos Support team who will be happy to setup the integration within your Talos system.

Making Amendments

Note: you will need access to the 'Fourth' client administration module to make any changes to the Fourth integration in Talos.

Any changes that are made within Fourth to the Structure, Contracts or Proof of Eligibility, the file(s) will need to be exported from Fourth and re-uploaded in Talos to reflect the changes.

Go to the 'Setup Fourth' screen within Talos and under the 'Employee' tab, select 'Choose File' on the file you would like to upload which will open file explorer on your device. Select the relevant file and click on 'Upload import file' to upload this to the ATS:

Note: we recommend uploading the files in the order shown on screen.

Warning: depending on the size of the document that is being uploaded, this may take some time. Do not navigate away from the page why the updates are being action.

A pop-up notification will appear in the upper right-hand corner once the changes have been applied:
