Talos has several HR providers integrated within the system.
Learn how to setup People XD within your ATS, so you can onboard candidates directly into your HR system.
Note: you will need access to the Integrations Management administration permission to setup the integration

Required Information
The below details are required to integrate People XD to Talos:
Client Name
SFTP URL
SFTP Port
SFTP Username
SFTP Password
File Destination
Note: A file will also need to be created in the File Destination called 'applicant_file_type40.txt'. This file must be created as this will hold the submission data from Talos for your PeopleXD system to pick up and import.
The next section is only needed to be completed if you are using SFTP with a Key file and passcode:

Information: if the Key File option is being used for your setup, please provide the Key File and relevant details so this can be added to your Talos system by our Development team to correctly setup the authentication.
If Basic Authentication is being used (no Key File) no additional information will need to be supplied to our Developers.
Linking PeopleXD to Talos
Go to the Talos Marketplace and find the 'PeopleXD' integration and click on 'Connect':
Click on 'Enable this Integration' and complete the required fields and click on 'Save' to link the integration with your ATS:
Once the details have been saved, the integration tile will be updated on the home page of the Integrations to show this is connected:
You will also need the data values for the below field, from your People XD system, so these can be added to the relevant data capture forms in Talos:

Data Transfer
The data transfer from Talos to PeopleXD is as follows:
The successful applicant is submitted to PeopleXD from Talos. Please see our submission guide here for more information.
This will submit (write) the candidates details to the file created during setup
PeopleXD will have setup an automated import job on your system, which will import any candidates data submitted from the previous day at 4am.
The file will then be 'wiped' of all data to be written to again.

Any fields which have been highlighted in the table below are mandatory and must be included for a submission to be successful to PeopleXD.

Note: the PeopleXD Vacancy ID will need to be entered on the Internal Data Capture form in Talos and must be a valid Vacancy ID from within your People XD system.
The question on the form in Talos can be changed into a dropdown field with specific options if required to avoid any potentional submission issues relating to this ID.

FAQ
Can I add additional fields into the form?
Yes, you can add additional fields into the data capture form however this information will not be transferred to PeopleXD. The integration will only transfer information for the fields indicated above.
Can I remove fields from the form that I don't want to transfer?
Yes, you can remove any optional fields from the forms that you don't wish to include in the transfer. However, some fields are mandatory, these mandatory fields cannot be removed and must be completed.
Are documents transferred to PeopleXD?
Any documents which are linked to a candidates application in Talos are not transferred to PeopleXD.
