Talos has an Agency Portal feature built-in to the system, which allows you to release roles to agents.

With releasing a role to an agent, this will allow them to upload candidates to that role which can be reviewed in Talos.

Note: you will need access to the 'Agency Portal' module within Talos to be able to release roles to an agent.

Releasing a Role

On the Vacancies screen, click on the 3-dot menu on the role you would like to release to an agent and click on 'Manage Agencies':

On the 'Manage Agencies' screen, choose an application form from the 'Choose Application Form' dropdown and, if you would like to provide a different salary to the agents for the role from what has been posted against the role on Talos, you can set this in the 'Set Salary' field:

On the next screen, select the agent(s) you would like to release the role to and then click on 'Send to Agencies':

This will then email the agents that a new role has been released to them, which will be shown in their Agency Portal to upload candidates to.

Viewing Agents against a Role

To view what agents have been assigned to a role, in the Vacancies page, click on the 'x Agency' button:

You will then be able to view which agents have access to the role as well as how many candidates each agent has uploaded and which milestones the candidate(s) are currently sat at:

You can remove access to the role for an agent by clicking on the icon which will not allow that agent to upload anymore candidates to that role. You can identify who does not have access as this will show as against the agent.

You can also bulk assign or remove access by clicking on the checkbox next to the agents you would like to add/remove access for and click on 'Bulk Settings' and select the relevant option:

Assigning more agents to the role can also be achieved by clicking on 'Add Agency' and selecting the relevant agents:
