Essential Cookies

The cookies placed on the careers sites are as follows:

  • ARRAffinity (Essential): This cookie is used for session management and is required for the site to function properly.

  • ARRAffinitySameSite (Essential): Similar to ARRAffinity, this cookie ensures the proper functioning of the site across sessions.

  • ASP.NET_SessionId: a session cookie which preserves the visitor's session state across page requests. This cookie is essential for Talos360 to work

  • TiPMix: a session cookie which registers which server-cluster is serving the visitor. This is used in context with load balancing, in order to optimise user experience.

  • x-ms-routing-name: a session cookie which registers which server-cluster is serving the visitor. This is used in context with load balancing, in order to optimise user experience.

Cookie Banner

The cookie banner is unable to be amend directly through the builder. However, this can be customised using third-party cookie management tools. These tools can be integrated via Google Tag Manager, which can inject a custom script and modify the banner to suit.

Granular Cookie Policy

Our platform does not currently offer a built-in cookie setting panel where users can select which cookies to accept or reject. However, a third-party cookie consent solution can be used that allows for granular control, including providing users with a list of cookies placed and allowing them to opt into non-essential cookies if desired. The integration of such a system would require adding the third-party snippet code via Google Tag Manager, which can then be placed on the career site.

Separate Cookie Policy

A separate cookie policy can be added to the website. A third-party service to add a custom cookie banner can be used which allows users to select their preferences, with a clear statement about what cookies are being used and how they affect the site. This can be added via Google Tag Manager.
