The Talos Careers Page Builder offers a wide range of features to help you create the perfect careers site. From building different types of sites and uploading images and videos, to hosting downloadable documentation for candidates, Talos provides all the tools you need to enhance your careers page with ease.

Types of Sites
External - an external careers page is available on the web for anyone to access, view and search and apply for vacancies.
Internal - an internal careers page is available for your internal candidates only. You can apply the URL to the site on your company intranet for your internal candidates to apply.
Onboarding - an onboarding site is available for candidates that are going through the onboarding process after being offered a role.
Image Sizes
Header logo - 32x32 pixels
Header banner - 1440px wide x 400px high (please bear in mind as the browser window scales down for the responsive breakpoints, content on either side of the bounding box might not been seen depending on device screen size).
Text & Media Section - 700px wide x 400px high (please bear in mind that the image will scale as more text is added.
Favicon - 32x32 pixels
Uploading a Document
To upload a document to your careers or onboarding site, you will need to upload your document(s) to the 'Manage Media' section in Talos:
You can get the URL of the document by clicking on the 'Link' icon:
This link can then be applied to a button on your site - when a candidate clicks this button, the document will be downloaded on their device for them to view.
Note: You may need to copy the generated link into https://tinyurl.com/ to shorten the link before adding to your page.
Vacancy Brand Images
Brand images can be added to your careers site as a custom filter. This will allow you to select a brand image when posting a role, which will then be displayed against the role on your careers page.
Information: we recommend using image sizes of 700x380px when uploading an image to be used as a Vacancy Brand Image. The below file types are supported:

PNG

Adding Google Translate to Your Careers Site
Google Translate functionality can be added to your careers site using
Adding Google Translate to a Careers Site using Google Tag Manager (GTM)
What you will need
You will need support from a Web Developer, IT team, or someone who can create a custom HTML script to add the Google Translate functionality.
If you already have a Google Tag Manager ID, the custom HTML script can be added to your existing Tag Manager setup. The Tag Manager ID can then be added to your Careers Page Builder site.
Candidate experience
Depending on how the script is configured, candidates may see a language selector, pop-up, or similar option that allows them to change the language displayed across the careers site and its subpages.
Configuration responsibilities
Talos does not configure the Google Translate functionality itself. This will need to be set up through your Google Tag Manager account, with support from your Web Developer or IT team where required.
Translation accuracy
As translations are provided by Google Translate, Talos cannot guarantee the accuracy of the translated content.
Before implementing this solution, we recommend reviewing whether automated translation is suitable for your organisation and the content displayed on your careers site.
