What is Talos ATS Roadmap Portal?
The portal is a dedicated space for you to submit feedback and suggestions for Talos ATS, as well as vote on potential roadmap features, keeping you informed and up to date on where Talos ATS is heading.
You will be able to see what features are in development, what we will be working next and what we will be working on in the future. You can also view and vote on ideas that we are considering that are not officially on the roadmap. Voting on features allows your voice to be heard, and your opinion to be counted!
How do I view the Roadmap Portal?
You can view the roadmap in Talos ATS via our dedicated Customer Hub. You will need to be logged into Talos ATS to view this page.

How do I leave feedback on the Roadmap Portal?
When viewing the portal either in Talos ATS or via the direct URL, you can browse the roadmap by navigating between the different tabs to view:
Now - what we are currently working on
Next - what we will be working on next
Future - projects that will be coming in the future
Under Consideration - projects that we are considering that are not yet included in the roadmap.
Released - what has gone live in Talos ATS in recent months.
Then simply click into the feature cards to view details of the features and projects in the roadmap:
Submitting Feedback
Simply click the "Submit Idea" button to leave a suggestion - it's important to provide as much information as possible as to what feature you want to see as well as why it's important to you. This enables the Product Team to understand your requirement and use case, and understand how and why this would be of benefit to Talos ATS.
Info: when submitting feedback within Talos ATS, in the Talos Hub, your email address will be validated via your ATS log in. If you leave any feedback on the external portal URL, you will be required to validate your email address via the email sent to you. This ensures you will receive any relevant feedback on suggestions left in the portal. |
Voting on a Roadmap Feature
To vote on a Roadmap feature, or to let us know why a feature is important to you, simply open the portal card and select how important it is along with any relevant feedback.
When any features are progressed, you will be kept up to date via email directly from the portal.
What happens after I have left feedback?
Each suggestion we receive is reviewed by our Product Team in terms of how it will improve Talos ATS for all of our users. Whilst we may not be able to provide any immediate updates or reply to every individual suggestion, please be assured that your feedback plays a crucial role in shaping Talos ATS.
Should your idea be considered for the roadmap, this will be added to our Roadmap Portal as a new portal card. You will then be kept up to date via email.
