What is Talos ATS Roadmap Portal?
The portal is a dedicated space for you to submit feedback and suggestions for Talos ATS, as well as vote on potential roadmap features, keeping you informed and up to date on where Talos ATS is heading.
You will be able to see what features are in development, what we will be working next and what we will be working on in the future. You can also view and vote on ideas that we are considering that are not officially on the roadmap. Voting on features allows your voice to be heard, and your opinion to be counted!
How do I view the Roadmap Portal?
You can view the roadmap in Talos ATS via our dedicated Customer Hub. You will need to be logged into Talos ATS to view this page.

How do I leave feedback on the Roadmap Portal?
When viewing the portal either in Talos ATS or via the direct URL, you can browse the roadmap by navigating between the different tabs to view:
Now - what we are currently working on
Next - what we will be working on next
Future - projects that will be coming in the future
Under Consideration - projects that we are considering that are not yet included in the roadmap.
Released - what has gone live in Talos ATS in recent months.
Then simply click into the feature cards to view details of the features and projects in the roadmap:
Submitting Feedback
Simply click the "Submit Idea" button to leave a suggestion - it's important to provide as much information as possible when leaving an idea. This enables the Product Team to understand your requirement and use case, and understand how and why this would be of benefit to Talos ATS.
When submitting an idea, you will be required to leave your email address, and validate your email the first time you leave feedback (you will receive a link to verify it is a real email address). This allows you to receive updates automatically to your inbox if a suggestion is either selected for development, or we have any updates to share with you.
When submitting feedback via the ATS page, the email address will automatically populate based on the user you are logged in as.
Voting on a Roadmap Feature
To vote on a Roadmap feature, or to let us know why a feature is important to you, simply open the portal card and select how important it is along with any relevant feedback.
Again, don't forget to leave your email address (if not already populated in the ATS) to ensure that you are kept in the loop with any updates!
What happens after I have left feedback?
Pending your email address was provided and validated, and features that you interact with or ideas that you submit will be reviewed by the Product Team. If there are any updates, you will receive a direct email to inform you of any progress.
Note: you will not immediately receive a response, and in some instances depending on the request, it may be some time before hearing back. |
If there is an existing card on the roadmap portal, you will also be able to view updates directly in the portal.
