This connection allows Employee and Right to work documents to be sent to Sona using the Employees email address that was used when setting up the employee and employment details in Sona.
The connection will lookup the candidates employee record with a matching email address under the 'Contact Email' field.
If a match can be found, only additional and Right to Work documents that are assigned to the candidates application in Talos will be transferred to Sona and added to the documents custom form.
Setup Information
Four Fields are required to set up your connection:
API Key
API URL
Custom Form ID
RTW Document Form ID
These details will need to be provided by Sona support.
Required Information
The email address of the candidate against the 'Contact Email' field is required. If this matches a candidates record in Sona, documents from Talos will be transferred.
If no matching email can be found, the submission will fail.
