Talos360 Core Data has been setup as an integration within Talos so you are able to export the core data of candidates.
Learn how to setup Talos360 Core Data to CSV within your ATS, so you can export candidates details into a CSV file, to import into a 3rd party application or to store on file.
Setup
Required Information
Main email address
Email address CC - separated by a semi-colon
Email address BCC - separated by a semi-colon
Included Vacancy Owner Email - toggle on or off to include the Vacancy Owner email assigned to the job post
There is also a toggle setting that can be enabled which will allow you to send successfully imported candidates via Core Data to be submitted again:
Allow Resend on Successful
Information: Once this setting has been enabled, this will only allow candidates who have been submitted since the switch on of the setting who has been successful to be resent. If the submission was submitted and successful prior to the setting being switched on, this candidate will not be able to be resent.
You will be able to set this up in Talos Marketplace. Search for 'Talos360 Core Data via CSV' within the Marketplace and click on 'Connect':
Click on 'Enable this Integration' and complete the required fields and click on 'Save' to link the integration with your ATS:
Once the details have been saved, the integration tile will be updated on the home page of the Integrations to show this is connected.
Additional Setup
Please see our 'HR Connect - Additional Setup' guide for further information on additional configuration options and linking your HR Provider to your ATS workflows. Linking the integration to your workflows in Talos is mandatory and must be completed for Talos360 Core Data to CSV to be an available option on job posts.
Further Information
The Core Data to CSV integration has been created within Talos so candidates information, such as Personal Details, Job Post Information and Offer Details can be emailed to a number of specified email with a CSV attachment.
The exported data can be used to transfer candidate information so this can be held on file external to the ATS as part of any GDPR requirements, or to transfer information into a 3rd party system (such as HR platforms).

The data is provided is a CSV file, with the headers of Talos Location – Field name. I.e Applicant – Applicant ID
