Reporting+ Equality and Diversity

Talos provides structured Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (ED&I) reporting through three dedicated data models. Each model aligns to recognised legal and compliance requirements for the regions our clients operate in.

Information: only the Article 55 model contains identifiable data, as required by Northern Ireland legislation.

The UK Equality & Diversity and US EEO models are fully anonymous.

All ED&I reporting models in Talos rely on the data submitted by candidates during the application process.


This information is collected through the Diversity Controllers configured within your application forms.

If your organisation does not use these Diversity Controllers, Talos cannot collect the required ED&I responses — meaning the reporting models will not contain any data and the associated reports will not function.

Equality and Diversity Monitoring (UK)

This model supports standard UK Equality and Diversity reporting.
It provides anonymous applicant-level responses to questions covering protected characteristics, such as:

  • Age Range

  • Caring Responsibilities

  • Disability Disclosure

  • Ethnicity Group

  • Gender Identity

  • Nationality

  • Pregnancy Disclosure

  • Relationship Status

  • Religion Disclosure

  • Sexual Orientation

Article 55 Monitoring (Norther Ireland)

This model supports organisations operating under the Fair Employment and Treatment (Northern Ireland) Order 1998.
It provides applicant-level monitoring data required for Article 55 reviews, including:

  • Community background

  • Gender

The dataset does include personally identifiable information and is aligned to the specific reporting standards for Fair Employment monitoring in Northern Ireland.

Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Monitoring (United States)

This model supports U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) compliance.
It provides applicant-level responses to the standard EEO categories, including:

  • Gender

  • Race

  • Veteran status

This model is designed around U.S. reporting requirements and helps organisations meet federal EEO data obligations.
