Report definitions for all global reports that are available in Talos

In this section we will cover the different types of reports, broken down into two sections; summary reports and detailed reports.

Summary Reports

Agency Activity

Shows the number of candidates submitted by agencies and each agent.

Date range: When the application is received.

Agency Portal

This report shows the roles that have been sent to agencies via the Agency Portal.

This report will show roles that have been sent to agencies to fill DURING the timescale defined when running the report.

Date range: When the application is received.

Applicants By Source

Shows the total number of applicants for every source.

Date range: When the application is received.

Applicants By Source Grouped By Month

Shows the total number of applicants for every source grouped by calendar month.


Date range: When the application is received.

Average Time to Assess Applications

Shows the average time a team takes to assess an application once it has been received.

Date range: When the application is received.

Calculation: Combined average between CV received and unassessed.

Candidate Rejection Reason

Shows a list of all vacancies along with the number of candidates at each different reject stage for the specific vacancy.

Date range: When the application is received.

Live Vacancies Summary

Shows all currently Live Vacancies and the Teams they are posted under.

Date range: Date range not applicable.

Live Vacancies by Vacancy Owner

Shows a list of all live vacancies along with who the vacancy owner is and a summary of how many live vacancies each owner has.

Date range: Date range not applicable.

Posting Summary

Shows a summary of all roles posted with details including most used Job Titles, Contract Type and Sources Posted To.

Date range: When the job post was successfully was posted to the job board.

Quota Report

Shows the number of remaining credits for each job board used.

Date range: Date range not applicable.

SMS Sent

Shows a summary of all SMS sent in a given time period.

Date range: Works from when the SMS was first created.

Time to Fill

This report shows the time (in days) it takes for a vacancy to be filled. These days are based on the first posting date (if a role has been reposted, the date is based on the first time the role was posted) to the latest offer date (this is based on the offer date of the latest candidate to be offered).

This report will show vacancies that have been posted DURING the timescale defined when running the report. Vacancies will only show if there is a candidate at at the offer stage.

Date range: When the role went live on to any given jobboard

Calculation: The date difference between when the role went live to when that person was last moved to offered.

Users Last Login

Shows a list of all system users and the last time they logged into the system.

Date range: Date range not applicable.

Details Reports

Applicants First Action

Shows a list of all candidates who have applied in a given date period, the date the first action was taken against this candidate and the time in days between the two dates.

Date range: When the application is received

Calculation: Works out the total days difference between the time they where received and when they were first actioned.

Applicants Raw Data

Shows every applicant who has applied within a given date period along with the role they have applied for and the stage they are currently at.

Date range: When the application is received.

Applications by Progression Stage / Per Vacancy

Shows the number of candidates at every milestone stage for every vacancy, who have applied within a given date period.

Date range: When the application is received.

Applications By Source Per Job Board

Shows a list of all jobs posted in a given time period along with the number of candidates that have applied through each source.

Date range: When the application is received.

Average Time to Respond by Vacancy Owner

Shows a list of vacancy owners with the total number of applicants over all vacancies and the average time in days to respond to each applicant.

Date range: When the application is received

Calculations: Combined average between CV received and unassessed.

Candidate First Action to Hired

Shows candidates who have been hired in a given date period and the time difference, in days between the first action against them and the date they have been moved to hired.

Date range: When candidates were moved into the hired progression stage

Calculation: Works out the difference in days from when they where first actioned to when they were moved into the hired progression stage.

Candidate Rejection Journey

Shows a list of candidates with; the roles they have applied for, date they have applied, date they were rejected, stage they were rejected at and the current reject stage. Also shows the time in days between their initial application and the date they were rejected.

This report will show candidates who have been rejected during the timescale defined when running the report.

Candidates At Milestones by Vacancy Owner

Shows the number of vacancies each vacancy owner has along with the total number of candidates at each Milestone stage per vacancy owner.

Date range: When the application is received.

Candidates Hired Via Source

Shows the number of, and each candidates hired and which source they have been hired from.

Date range: When the application is received.

Candidates Recruitment Journey

Shows a summary of all candidates who have applied in a given time period along with every stage they have been moved to along with the time in days they spent at the stage before they were moved.

Date range: When the application is received

Calculation: Works by finding the time they were first moved in to specific progression stage and the time they were moved, then calculates the date difference in days.

Candidates Time to Offer By Milestone

Shows all the candidates at Offer stage along with the days they were at each milestone and the total number of days to offer.

Date range: When candidates were moved in to any offered progression stage

Calculation: Date difference in days from when the candidates were first moved into a type of progression and moved out.

Credit Expenditure by Post

Shows the postings by Job Board along with a summary of the number of posts, the teams posted and total sources.

Date range: When the job post was successfully was posted to the job board.

Credits Available and Spent by Job Board

Shows all the job board credits that have been spent and you still have available.

Date range: When credit transaction was completed.

Onboarding

Shows candidates at the Offered and/or Hired milestones with the status of the different onboarding checks; Right to Work (RTW) by TrustID, DocuSign and Fourth HR Integration.

Date filter based on the Date the candidate applied for the vacancy.

Onboarding Checks

Shows candidates at the Offered and/or Hired milestones with the status of the different onboarding checks; Right to Work (RTW) by TrustID, DocuSign and DBS by Credence.

Date filter based on the Date the candidate applied for the vacancy.

Live Vacancies Per Job Board

Shows a detailed view of all roles currently live per job board posted to.

Date range: Date range not applicable.

SMS Sent Detailed

Shows the number of SMS by job and progression stage it was sent at

Date range: Works from when the SMS was first created.

Time to Hire

Shows all the candidates hired in a given time period along with the time in days that it has taken them to be moved to Hired from the date they applied.

This report will show candidates that have been moved to the hired milestone during the timescale defined when running the report. If a candidate was moved to the hired stage outside of the timescale defined, they will not show in the report regardless of the date they applied.

Date range: When the candidate was first moved to the hired milestone

Calculation: Time the job was posted to the job board to when the candidate was moved in to any hired progression stage milestone.

Time to Offer

Shows all the candidates offered in a given time period along with the time in days that it has taken them to be moved to Offer from the date they applied.

This report will show candidates that have been offered DURING the timescale defined when running the report.

Date range: When the candidate was first moved to the offered milestone

Calculation: Works out the difference in days between the time the application was received and when the candidate was moved in to offered.

Equality and Diversity Reports

Article 55 Review

This report shows the candidate responses from the questions in the NI controller.

When running this report please only select the teams where the NI controller has been used on the application form.

This report will show candidates who have applied during the timescale defined when running the report – regardless of the current Milestone they are at.

Equality and Diversity - All Applicants

Shows the candidate responses to the Diversity and Inclusion questions asked at application. These are split by the category to show the percentage response for each question.

This report will show candidates who have applied DURING the timescale defined when running the report – regardless of the current Milestone they are at.

Date range: When the application is received.

Equality and Diversity - Hired

Shows the candidate responses to the Diversity and Inclusion questions asked at application. These are split by the category to show the percentage response for each question.

This report will show candidates who have been moved to the “Hired” Milestone during the timescale defined when running the report – regardless of the current Milestone they are at.

Date range: When the candidate was moved in to the progression stage.

Equality and Diversity - In Progression

Shows the candidate responses to the Diversity and Inclusion questions asked at application. These are split by the category to show the percentage response for each question.

This report will show candidates who have been moved to the “In Progression” Milestone during the timescale defined when running the report – regardless of the current Milestone they are at.

Date range: When the candidate was moved in to the progression stage.

Equality and Diversity - Offered

Shows the candidate responses to the Diversity and Inclusion questions asked at application. These are split by the category to show the percentage response for each question.

This report will show candidates who have been moved to the “Offer” Milestone during the timescale defined when running the report – regardless of the current Milestone they are at.

Date range: When the candidate was moved in to the progression stage.

Equality and Diversity - Shortlisted

Shows the candidate responses to the Diversity and Inclusion questions asked at application. These are split by the category to show the percentage response for each question.

This report will show candidates who have been moved to the “Shortlist” Milestone DURING the timescale defined when running the report – regardless of the current Milestone they are at.

Date range: When the candidate was moved in to the progression stage

GDPR Reports

GDPR Summary

This report will show you the total amount of applications who have been removed and by which method.

This report will show the amount of candidates removed during the timescale defined when running the report.

The report will also show a table of the upcoming applications to be removed within the next 30 days. This table isn’t based from the date range selected, and will always show the candidates due to be removed in the upcoming 30 days.
