Advanced Setup – involves more complex steps to obtain authentication details and typically requires support assistance or involvement from a technical team.
Talos has several HR providers integrated within the system.
Learn how to setup Cezanne within your ATS, so you can onboard candidates directly into your HR system.
Note: you will need access to the Integrations Management administration permission to setup the integration

Generating Authorisation Codes
Generating Authorisation Codes
Generating the authorisation codes to integration Zoho into Talos will need to be obtained within your Zoho system. This will need to be actioned by your Zoho system administrator.
Prerequisites
This is a one-off setup.
Self Client API authorisation must be enabled in the client’s Zoho account via the Zoho API Console and this is required to generate the initial access and refresh tokes.
Once Self Client authorisation is configured, Zoho will provide a Client ID and Client Secret.
Generating the Codes
In the Zoho API Console, open the Generate Code tab.
Enter the following details
Scope: ZOHOPEOPLE.forms.ALL
Time Duration: 10 minutes
Description: Authorisation to send employee information
Click Create
Zoho will then generate a unique authorisation code to be inputted within the Talos web form.
For a full walkthrough, please see the guide on Zoho's site.
Generating Tokens
Talos provides a secure web form so clients do not need to manually perform this request using Postman or similar tools.
Use the link below to complete the one-time authorisation:
You will need:
Client ID
Client Secret
Authorisation Code (generated in the previous step)
The page will prompt you to enter these details. Click Get Access Token to proceed.
Tokens Returned
Once the request is completed successfully, the response will include:
Access Token
Refresh Token
Only the Refresh Token needs to be saved in the Marketplace connection details.
Important Notes
The Refresh Token does not expire - this will only expire if:
The connection is disconnected within Talos, or
A new authorisation code is generated in Zoho
If the refresh token becomes invalid, steps 3-5 will need to be completed again to generate the new codes and tokens.
Once all the details have been setup by following the steps in the 'Generating Authorisation Codes', you will be able to set this up in Talos Marketplace. Search for 'Zoho' within the Marketplace and click on 'Connect':
Click on 'Enable this Integration' and complete the required fields and click on 'Save' to link the integration with your ATS:
Once the details have been saved, the integration tile will be updated on the home page of the Integrations to show this is connected.
Additional Setup
Please see our 'HR Connect - Additional Setup' guide for further information on additional configuration options and linking your HR Provider to your ATS workflows. Linking the integration to your workflows in Talos is mandatory and must be completed for Zoho to be an available option on job posts.
