Reporting on Associated Hierarchy Teams

Reportable Team Types allow you to tag teams in your hierarchy (for example Dealership or Region) so you can build reports across different levels of your organisation.

Note: Reporting+ is required to utilise Hierarchy Tags.

How it works

Each team can be assigned a Reportable Team Type. Once set, you can use these tags in Reporting to filter by team type and report on parent teams, not just the team selected when a job was posted.

How to set it up

  • Our Support team will first create the required tags for your account. Simply raise a support ticket with the tags you want creating

  • You can then assign a tag to each team via Edit Hierarchy Team - Reportable Team Type

  • If you have many teams, this can also be done in bulk, please let the support team know which team needs to be assigned which tag.

Using it in Reporting

In Reporting, you can add:

  • Associated Team Type to filter by tags (e.g. only Dealerships)

  • Associated Team Name to see results by team

These fields are available on every Reporting Model.

Important note: After tags are assigned, they will appear in Reporting the following day, as this reporting data refreshes once daily
