Looking to promote your vacancies on Facebook? While Talos doesn't have a direct integration with Facebook Jobs, there is still a simple way to share your roles with your Facebook followers.
Facebook discontinued its dedicated Jobs feature in 2022, so there is no longer a Facebook Jobs Marketplace.
The good news is that you can still advertise your vacancies on Facebook using a regular Facebook post.
How can I share my vacancy on Facebook?
The easiest way to do this is by using the Job board on Email link generated when your role is posted.
This link can be shared in your Facebook post and will allow candidates to apply for your role.
Post your vacancy through Talos as usual selecting the Facebook Job Board on Email.
Go to the role's Post History.
Select View Data and then Response Details.
Locate and copy the Job Board on Email link for the vacancy.
Create a new post on your organisation's Facebook page.
Add some information about the role and paste the Job Board on Email link into the post.
Publish your post on Facebook.
