What is Posting Insights?
Posting Insights is part of Reporting +. It is dedicated to everything posting-related, giving you a clear view of your job board activity within Talos. You can track which job boards your vacancies have been posted to, monitor credits spent and remaining, and review reposting activity. You can build your own reports using this model or use the 6 predefined standard reports available.
What You Can Do:
See which job boards your vacancies have been posted to
Track credits spent and credits remaining per job board
Review reposting activity across your vacancies
Access the Vacancy Job Board URL to view live job board listings directly from your report
Switching Reporting Models
To use Posting Insights:
Create a New report
Open Reporting Models -> select Posting Insights

Key Things to Know
This model is focused on posting activity only - it does not include candidate or application data.
For application volumes, candidate pipeline, or time-to-hire, use Applicant Core, Applicant Journey, or Auto Mode.
Organic Postings
When reporting on job boards, please be aware that organic postings will not appear in Posting Insights. Organic postings occur when a job board picks up a vacancy via a careers page feed rather than a direct selection. This model only shows job boards that have been actively selected and posted to within Talos.
JBOE - Job Board on Email
JBOE boards are included in Posting Insights. These are job boards that are not directly integrated with Talos, but have been set up by the user or the support team for the client. They are configured as a board - commonly with unlimited credits - to generate a unique tracked URL. The user manually posts to that job board using this URL, and when candidates click Apply they are redirected through the tracked link, allowing Talos to correctly attribute the candidate's source to that job board.
