Learn how to apply system branding to your Talos system

Transform your Talos ATS to reflect your company's unique identity. Customize with your company colours and include a personalised header image, such as your logo, to create a bespoke user experience.

Elevate your Talos system with tailored branding that resonates with your corporate image.

Note: to updated the branding of your Talos system, you will need access to the ‘System Administrator' permission.

To update the branding of your system, please go to Manage ATS Branding when signed in to Talos.

In the System Branding page. this will give you all of the available options to update and tweak to suit your company's branding, including adding in a header image to the system and updating the sidebar colours:

To replace the image, click on 'Replace Image' and select the relevant image from your device.

Note: When updating the system logo, this needs to be 130 pixels in width and 32 pixels in height. If your image is anything other than this it will appear distorted or likely not save.

The System Branding section contains the below options to update:

Sidebar Background Colour

This is the colour of the full-length taskbar to the lefthand side of your system:

Sidebar Icons

Updates the colour of the small symbols in the task bar. You can change the regular colour and hover colour of the icon:

Sidebar Text

Determines the colour of the wording next to each icon, when the taskbar is expanded. You can change the regular colour and hover colour of the text:

Sidebar Button Background

This is the colour of the square that appears around your icon & text when you hover with your mouse:

Sub-header Text

This is the colour of the text for the division headers:

Dividing Line

Controls the colour of the line which separates your headers:

Once you are happy with the branding, click on 'Save' in the upper right-hand corner of the screen to update the branding on your system.

Tip: when updating the branding of your system within the System Branding screen, the side-bar will update when making changes, so you can see how each change looks before saving this to your live site.
