Talos enables you to seamlessly send DocuSign envelopes directly from the system to both internal signatories and candidates, ensuring a streamlined and efficient signing process.
Note: you will need to have a DocuSign user account and have linked your account to Talos to be able to send envelopes.
Please see the below guides on creating a new user (for DocuSign administrators) and granting permissions for Talos to access your DocuSign account.

Sending a DocuSign Envelope
Creating the Envelope
In the DocuSign accordion you will see a dropdown list of all the templates assigned to your profile. You will have the option to add these to your envelope to send.
To do this, select the relevant templates you would like to add to the envelope and click on 'Add to Envelope':
As long as your templates have the same signing process, you can bundle as many templates as you like in the envelope.
Note: the signing process is the path that the envelope will follow. For example - the envelope will go to HR to sign first and then to the candidate to complete.
Once you have selected all relevant templates, select 'Next' to generate the envelope preview screen.
Adding Candidate Details to Envelope
From the envelope preview screen, you can add all candidate details required in the envelope templates. Those that are mandatory are highlighted in red and must be completed before the envelope can be sent.
Along the left-hand side, you will see each individual template added to the envelope, which can navigate through to ensure all detail has been added.
Selecting your Signers
The last section on the envelope preview screen is the 'Role Selection', where you can select the internal signers for the envelope.
This is a list of users on your Talos ATS with the DocuSign module enabled. The candidate will automatically be populated from the system.
Once you are happy with all of the details and the internal signers, click on 'Send' to submit the envelope for signing.
The first signer in the process will receive an email from DocuSign to review and sign the documents. Once the first signer has completed their parts, another email is sent to the next signer from DocuSign.
