Talos allows you to setup notifications based on certain actions being completed in the ATS, such as if you are mentioned in a job post, or if an Onboarding form has been completed.
Several options are available within the Notifications Settings screen (dependant on certain features being enabled on your ATS) and the type of notifications you would like to receive.
Amending your Notification Settings
To amend your notifications, you will need to access the Notification Settings screen, which will give you an overview of notifications and the current setup of your personal notifications:
You can setup in application notifications as below:
Feed Only: notifications will only be shown in your feed, which can be accessed here.
Pop-Up and Feed: notifications will be shown in your feed, as well as a small pop-up which will be visible on screen in the lower right-hand corner for a few seconds.
If you have setup in application notifications, you can also then setup email notifications, as below:
Instant: an email will be sent instantly, once a notification has been triggered.
Daily Summary: notifications will be emailed the morning after from the day before in a summary email.
Weekly Summary: notifications will be emailed every Friday morning for the previous week.
You can also see a brief description of each notification type by hovering over the 'i' icon next to the notification name:
Once you are happy with how your notifications are setup, click on 'Save' at the bottom of the Notification Settings screen.
