Unbiased recruitment can be setup on your system which will hide any personal information related to the candidate on their application.
This includes removing any personal information supplied by the candidate on their application form and their name against the application itself.
Note: you will need access to 'User Admin' as well as 'Form Admin' to be able to setup Unbiased Recruitment.

Form Setup
Navigate to Forms Admin and create or edit an application form to setup unbiased questions.

Edit any fields on your application form and toggle on the 'Unbiased Field' checkbox via the right-hand side properties side-bar to mark that question as an unbiased field:
Save the form via the 'Save Form' button in the top-right corner of the page to save your changes.
User Setup
Navigate to 'User Admin' and click on the 3-line menu under the 'Edit' column and select 'Edit' against the user account you would like to update so they cannot see personal details.
Under the 'Account Permissions' tab, toggle on 'Cannot See Personal Details':
Click on 'Update User' at the bottom right-hand corner of the page to update the users permissions.
Any candidate that applies via an unbiased application form, their application will be show to any user who cannot see personal details like below:
