Progressing candidates through the stages and milestones within a vacancy will highlight to other hiring managers where the candidate is within their recruitment journey.

You can progress a candidate through many different stages within the milestones on your workflow - each stage can have different settings setup against them such as emails or actions etc.

Navigate to the candidate you would like to progress to the next stage of their recruitment journey and click on the progression stage drop-down on the right-hand side of the screen:

Select the relevant stage you would like to move the candidate from the dropdown and select the stage again to confirm:

This will move the candidate to that stage, and any auto emails or actions will be triggered within the system.

Please note that once a candidate has been marked as "Shortlisted," it is not possible to move them back to the "Unassessed" milestone.

To progress a candidate to complete a Video Screening a stage will need to be setup on your system with the 'Invite to Screening' auto action setup.

Once the above steps have been completed, progress the candidate(s) to the relevant stage within your workflow to send a video screening invite link to the candidate for them to complete.

Navigate to the candidate you would like to reject and click on the reject stage drop-down on the right-hand side of the screen:

Select the relevant stage from the drop-down and then click again to confirm and this will move the candidate to the selected reject stage:

The candidates Data Capture Forms are no longer showing?

Data capture forms are linked in the system against a progression stage. If the candidate has been moved back in their recruitment journey beyond where the data capture forms have been assigned to, they will not be visible until the candidate has been moved back to at least the stage the data capture forms have been assigned to.
