Need to view the information related to a candidates interview? Or do you need to amend the interview, such as adding in additional interviewers or to amend the time?
You can do this easily using the Interview Scheduler feature in Talos!
Note: you will need access to the Modify Interviews permission for Interview Scheduler to be able to modify interviews.
Viewing a Booking
You can view any interviews that have already been booked for a candidate via the 'Interviews' accordion for that candidate:
Interviews can also view viewed via the Planner Page, accessible via the sidebar:
Against the booking, you will be able to view the following information :
Vacancy Details
Interview details:
Event Name
Date and Time if Specific Date booking
A summary of the slots available if Self Schedule booking
Location of the interview
Candidate and the status of the interview
Interviewers and their status of the interview
Note: when adding additional interviewers to a booking, their statuses will update based on whether they accept or decline a booking, with the exception of the following:

When a candidate responds to the interview invite, the status will updated in the accordion and on the planner in real time:
Manage a Booking
Once a booking has been created, you can either manage a booking or cancel the booking.
You can cancel a booking that is today or in the future via the 3 dot menu:
You will be able to manage or cancel any bookings where you are the Organiser.
Note: Group Bookings cannot be amended once created, and will have to be cancelled and a new group booking created to update.

β1. Why am I not receiving invites or confirmations of the interview?

Make sure your notifications are switched on. If notifications are disabled, you may miss important updates such as interview invites and confirmation messages. You can set up your notification preferences via the settings page in Talos here.
2. Why is the scheduler not returning slots when I have availability in my calendar?

This is usually due to your calendar settings. Your availability may not be visible to the scheduler if there are conflicts, restricted visibility, or incorrect configurations. Please review your calendar settings and refer to the guide on how to update them to ensure your availability is correctly reflected. You can manage you calendar settings using the following link.
