Get started with using reports and dashboards to get insights into your recruitment data.

Welcome to Reporting & Dashboards, the next evolution of reporting in TalosATS. Faster, smarter, and more flexible, it gives you clearer insights and better control over your data.

Getting Started

Reporting and Dashboards now requires Roles and Permissions to be enabled. If you are not using Roles and Permissions yet, view how to set them up here.

Can Use Reporting

Access Reporting and view existing reports, access underlying report data, and use drilldown for deeper insights.

Can Use Dashboards

Access Dashboards and view existing dashboards.

Can Use Dashboards

Download reports or dashboards, and schedule dashboards for yourself or others.

Can Manage Reports

Create new reports, modify existing ones, and delete your own reports.

Can Manage Dashboards

Create new dashboards, edit existing ones, and delete your own dashboards.

Can Share Reports and Dashboards

Share dashboards and reports with other users.

Create KPI alerts and sync reports to platforms like Microsoft Teams, Google Sheets, Excel, and more.

Reporting Homepage

Clicking on the Reporting icon in the left-hand sidebar will take you to the new homepage:

Filters available for selection are:

  • Search Bar - search by keyword, report name or creator

  • Filters - filter by

    • All reports

    • Reports you have created

    • Reports shared with you

    • Talos Suite of Reports (read-only system reports you can duplicate and edit)

Dashboards

Dashboards use the same layout and design as reports:

  • Can be searched, shared, filtered and managed like reports

  • Set a Default Dashboard - from the 3-dot menu, select 'Set as Default' to make a dashboard automatically load when loading the Dashboard homepage

    • Only one dashboard can be set as default

    • If not default is set, this will load the Dashboard homepage
