To enable us to set this up, could you please provide the below information:
Digital checks:
Please confirm which Talos users should be able to initiate the request for TrustID checks in Talos. Should only specific user permissions e.g. Talos Admin have access to the module, or all users?
Are Digital Checks to be sent manually or automatically at a specific progression stage?
If automatic, at which stage would you like checks to be sent?
In person checks:
Could you please complete the attached document (below) for TrustID regarding the users/branches that will need login access to the TrustID portal for In-Person checks.
In-person checks require the prospective employer to physically verify the candidate's Right to Work (RTW) documents and subsequently upload a copy of these documents to the TrustID platform for verification by the TrustID team.
This method is primarily used when the candidate does not have the documentation required for a Digital check to be performed (UK & Irish in-date biometric passports). On the attached spreadsheet there is a link to a knowledge base article to help you familiarise yourself with how the Digital RTW check feature works in Talos.
For In-person RTW checks, some of our clients find it most efficient to use a shared email for a branch or site, which allows multiple staff members to upload documents and manage reporting as needed. For example, we could request an account for [email protected], and the login credentials could be shared with all hiring managers at Branch 1 to facilitate checks. Please be aware that as standard, any user accounts created will only have visibility of their own checks if no branches are required, if you would like any users to have full organisation visibility please input this in the branch field against the relevant users.
Irish Right to Work Checks:
Please confirm if you require Irish RTW checks or candidates to confirm their employment eligibility to work in the ROI.
Sending checks to Candidates outside of Talos:
Please advise if you will need to send RTW checks to any employees outside of Talos (i.e. existing employees) and we can request this functionality is turned on for you.
