Please confirm the display name you'd like to appear as the contact/sender name when candidates receive text messages? Please note that the display name must be 11 characters or fewer and can only include letters and numbers - no spaces or special characters.
SMS messages can be templated to be sent as part of a progression stage auto-action, or be sent on an adhoc basis. If you would like SMS templates to be assigned, please complete the attached document (below) with the templates and the required progression stage to be assigned to.
Please can you advise which user roles within Talos i.e. Talos Admin, Recruiter Admin etc. will require permissions to be able to send text messages?
