Please provide the below required information regarding your Zinc module - Once we have received these details, we will forward them to Zinc to initiate the account creation process.
Account Name – how would you like the company name to appear on your account and in communications to candidates?
Lead User Email – who should be the primary contact for this account?
What email address would you like checks to be generated from? (This will be the email the candidates receive, ie. [email protected] or [email protected])
For your Enhanced DBS checks, do you require barred lists? If so please provide details.
For the Standard DBS/Enhanced DBS, what justification do you have to carry out these checks? Please complete the attached Zinc DBS Requirements spreadsheet (below) - include the job titles that require Enhanced DBS.
NOTE - You must be eligible to carry out both Standard and Enhanced checks in line with gov.uk guidelines.
Access Requirements - Review the users/roles in Talos that need access to this module and determine the required access level. Note that users/roles may have multiple permissions assigned. For detailed guidance, refer to the Knowledge Base article.
Please note that the creation of any additional packages should be requested from Talos directly.
