Reporting and Dashboards - Vacancy Analytics

Vacancy Analytics gives you a detailed view of how a specific vacancy is performing, covering your applicant pipeline, sourcing channels, interview activity, and key vacancy statistics.

Note: Vacancy Analytics is available on the New Applicant Screen. If you don't see it, check that the New Applicant Screen is enabled for your account, see your system administrator if you're unsure.

Access & Permissions:

Vacancy Analytics is a Reporting+ feature.

To access Vacancy Analytics, you'll need the following permissions enabled on your role:

Can Use Vacancy Analytics

Enables the Vacancy Analytics option in the Vacancy Manager dropdown

Can Use Data Export Tools

(Optional) Allows you to download reports as a PDF

If you don't have access to Vacancy Analytics, speak to your system administrator.

How to access Vacancy Analytics:

1. Open any vacancy in the New Applicant Screen

2. Click the Vacancy Manager dropdown (top right of the vacancy)

3. Select Vacancy Analytics

4. Your vacancy's analytics dashboard will appear

Tip: You can pin Vacancy Analytics to your left-hand navigation for quicker access. Hover over the item in the Vacancy Manager dropdown and click the pin icon.

Downloading a report:

If you have the Can Use Data Export Tools permission, you can download the dashboard as a PDF:

1. Click the ... (more options) menu in the top-right of the dashboard

2. Select Download

Presenting your data:

You can present the dashboard in full-screen presentation mode โ€” useful for team reviews or stakeholder meetings:

1. Click the ... (more options) menu in the top-right of the dashboard

2. Select Present

Returning to your vacancy:

Click โ† Back at the top of the page to return to the vacancy.
