Agency Portal – covers vacancies released to recruitment agencies and the candidates those agencies upload, showing which agencies received which roles and how far candidates progressed.

SMS Detail – covers the text messages sent from Talos, for customers with SMS messaging set up.

Nine new standard reports are available to all customers, plus a new Reporting+ report comparing recruitment agencies on interview, offer and hire rates.

All three models are available with standard reporting and Reporting+, and can be used with Reporting Intelligence.

Manage your Indeed account from Talos – connect your Indeed account within Talos to get the data back that mattters most, improving job visibility and candidate quality.

Once connected, you can see the live status of Indeed listings within the Job Post History screen.

Reminder configuration – a new reminders section in the Data Capture Forms tab of Profile Settings lets clients configure how long to wait before the first reminder, how frequently to follow up, and how many times to send. Off by default.

Scheduled reminders – once configured, the reminder schedule starts automatically when a candidate's initial invite is sent, with each reminder linking to all their outstanding forms.

Manual reminders – a Send Reminder option is available from the 3-dot menu on any incomplete external form within the Forms accordion, sending immediately using the configured template.
