đ New Login Screen â Password Set-Up for New Users
We've extended the new login experience with a self-service password set-up flow for newly created users, making onboarding smoother and reducing admin overhead.
What's new?
Users invited to the ATS can now set up their own password via a dedicated set-up screen â complete with a strength indicator and clear validation.
On successful set-up, users are logged straight into the ATS without an extra login step.
Expired invite links can be refreshed directly from the screen, with no need to contact the Support team.
The "Send Welcome Email" checkbox on the Create New User admin screen now also controls whether a password is required when creating a user, giving admins more flexibility.
đ New Applicant Screen Experience â Notification Improvements
We've added the existing notification pop-ups to the new Applicant Screen experience, helping users stay on top of key actions as they happen.
What's new?
Notification pop-ups now appear directly on the new Applicant Screen.
A range of bug fixes across group interview scheduling, candidate notes, client search and communication templates, to improve overall reliability.
