Talos allows you full control to manage your forms, including creating and amending your question bank questions.
Question bank questions can be used to to assign to application, data capture and scoring forms, to aid in the building of your forms and they can also be setup so they can be reported on.
Multiple question bank questions can be added to the system, which can also be added to multiple forms.
Creating a Question Bank Question
Note: to create question bank questions, you will need access to the ‘System Administrator' permission.
To create a new question bank question go to the Question Bank screen. In the Question Bank screen, this will show you all questions that have been created in the Question Bank, as well as various filters to filter the results.
To add a new question to the question bank, click on 'Add New':
This will load the 'Create New Question' page, where you can create you new question. You will need to complete the below information to create you new question bank question:

Select the relevant field type your new question. For dropdown fields, options will need to be provided also.
Once you are happy with the setup of your new question, click on 'Save' which will make your new question available for selection when building forms.
