Talos allows your complete control over updating your account profile. Various options can be updated, such as name, job title, mobile number and locations.
In this article, you can learn how to update these settings.
Profile Settings
You will need to access the Profile Settings page to amend your profile. On the Profile Settings screen, multiple options, separated into sections, will be available for you to amend as needed:
Account Details
The account details section contains details about you, such as:
First name
Surname
Job title
Mobile number
You can amend these as and when needed.
Localisation Settings
You can update your time-zone settings as well as your locale using the dropdown options under each setting:
These settings will update times within the ATS to be in-line with your time-zone/locale selected.
ATR Settings
If you are using ATR, you can also setup a delegate if you are an approver in any ATR workflows.
Delegates are used to approve on your behalf, if you are on annual leave for example. Just enter the email address of the user you would like to setup as a delegate and any new ATR's raised will be sent to your delegate too.
Info: remember to remove the delegate once they are no longer needed by removing the email address from the 'Delegate' setting.
Click on 'Save Profile' in the upper right-hand corner of the page to update your profile settings with any amendments that have been made.
