Candidates who have started their application form, but are yet to complete and submit their form, are shown against the job they are applying for in the 'Incomplete Applications' section.
This section shows you how many candidates have started their application and allows you to send an email to the candidate(s) to prompt them to complete their application.
Managing Incomplete Applications
Navigate to the Vacancy you would like to view the incomplete applications of and click on the 'x Incomplete Applications' icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page:
This will load the all applications who have started their application form (by completing the personal details section) but have yet to complete and submit their form.
Click on the application you would like to view and this will give you the option to view the application form up to the last time the candidate saved their form, the CV if this has been uploaded by the candidate as well as the timeline (when the candidate started to apply for the role).
You can also send a resume email to the candidate, which will provide the candidate with a link to their saved application form, or you can manually move the candidate to the Unassessed milestone of the vacancy.
Warning: if you manually move the candidate to the Unassessed milestone from the Incomplete Applications stage, the candidate will be unable to complete their application form.
Note: you can also send the resume email to multiple candidates, or move multiple candidates to the Unassessed milestone in bulk, by clicking on the 'Select Visible' or 'Select All' buttons:
