How to access Talent Analytics
Accessing Talent Analytics can be done in two ways, it will be available within the top navigation bar of you ATS.
It can also be accessed directly from the job posting page.
How to perform a search
When performing a search via the posting page simply enter the job title, location and salary for the role you would like insights for. This will reveal a button which will enable you to access the Insights side panel.
You can perform a search using the by accessing the Insights button from any page within the ATS.
Here you can re-enter the location and click the Search button to perform the search. Please note, once a search has been performed for that role, the search cannot be edited. To perform another search, you can exit the Insights panel back to the Posting Page.
When accessed by clicking on the Talent Analytics button at the top of the page, you can enter the job title and location for the search to be performed. However, for salary-tailored insights, you can also enter the salary information before triggering the search. You can edit the search as many times as required.
What data will you see?
Talent Analytics offers a number of different insights:
Potential Candidates: Total number of potential candidates within the job’s search area
Active Candidates: Candidates actively seeking work in the search area
Similar Adverts: Number of comparable job adverts in the search area
Average Time to Hire: Insights into the average time taken to fill a role
Most Successful Job Board: The job board delivering the highest success rate for similar roles
Hiring History: Hiring trends for the specific role, including data on job boards and career sites where the role was advertised and candidates were successfully hired
Similar Job Titles: Related job titles, hiring companies, and locations of candidates
Keywords: Optimized keywords to enhance job ad performance
Demographics: Breakdown of gender, ethnicity and experience for relevant roles
Salary Insights: Data on salary ranges for the role to ensure competitive offerings
