Option 1: You Already Have an Employer Account
If you’ve already posted a job on Indeed using an employer account:
Your Company Page will automatically be claimed and linked to that account.
You can begin editing your page right away!
Simply:
Log in to your Indeed Employer Dashboard.
Navigate to your Company Page.
Start customising your profile.
Option 2: You Don’t Yet Have an Employer Account
If you haven’t posted jobs before, you can still claim your free Company Page manually.
Follow these steps:
Go to the Indeed Company Pages.
Use the search bar to find your company name.
Click on your company from the search results.
On your Company Page, select the “Why Join Us” tab.
On the right-hand side, click “Claim this Company Page.”
On the next page, click “Claim” again to confirm.
Who Can Edit the Page?
Only users with access to the claimed employer account can edit the Company Page.
If someone else in your organisation has already claimed it, you’ll need to:
Contact them internally to be added as a page manager, or
Reach out to Indeed Customer Support if you believe it’s been claimed in error.

Provide them with:
Your company name
Company website
A brief description of the issue
