With Talos ATS , your access to vacancies will be determined from your hierarchy team access. To update this please see our Managing your Hierarchy guide.

You can also customise access on an ad-hoc basis for individual jobs, giving users granular access to the system.

This flexibility extends to revoking access as well, allowing you to make changes whenever necessary, ensuring your job postings are always secure and appropriately managed.

Note: you will need access to the 'Can Change Vacancy Visibility' permission, or have this permission assigned to your Role against your user account to amend user access at job level.

User Access to a Job

Granting Access

To grant access to a job for a user, find the job you would like to grant access to in the Vacancies screen and click on 'User Access' under the 3 dot menu:

This will load the Vacancy Permissions screen for that vacancy which shows you who has access to the job, and who is the owner of the job (the owner is who originally posted the role, however, this can be changed).

To grant access to that job for another user, simply search for the user, or select them from the 'Select User' dropdown, then click Add Selected:

This will grant access to the role for that user which will then become available in the Vacancies screen for that user.

Removing Access

To remove a users access to a job find the job you would like to remove access to in the Vacancies screen and click on 'User Access' under the 3 dot menu:

In the Vacancy Permissions screen, find the user you would like to remove access to, click the 3 dot menu and select Remove User:

You can also set a user as the Vacancy Owner from this option.

This will remove that users access to the vacancy and the job will no longer be shown in the Vacancies page.

FAQ

Why is my vacancy not appearing on my vacancies page?

There can be a number of reasons why you are unable to view a vacancy. Do you have access to the vacancy that you are trying to view, your access is determined by your hierarchy team access or being assigned to the vacancy on an ad-hoc basis.
Ensure that your filters are set to show the vacancy that you are searching for. You can find your filters at the top of the vacancies page as shown below:
