To get started with your new Referencing Module, we will not initially require any information from you.

Once purchased, we will switch this module on within your system.

Attached below are the Reference forms and the default email templates for the Referencing Module. If you're satisfied with them as they are, please let us know. Otherwise, feel free to make any adjustments you'd like, and send them back to us for uploading to your ATS.

Account Permissions

I have set your permissions so that all Talos Admin have access to the Referencing function.

If you require different permissions depending on the individual users, the options for this are as per below:

No permissions selected:

• User does not have access to the referencing module

Viewer:

• User can view the accordion, and progress Reference checks against candidates

• User CANNOT action anything else within the Reference accordion

Hirer:

• User can view the accordion, and progress Reference checks against candidates

• User can change the status of Reference checks - move to Proceed with Hire or Withdraw Offer; move back to In Progress

• User can cancel a Reference check, and resume a cancelled Reference check

• User CANNOT request new checks

Administrator:

• User can view the accordion, and progress Reference checks against candidates

• User can request new checks

• User can cancel a Reference check, and resume a cancelled Reference check

• User CANNOT change the status of Reference checks - move to Proceed with Hire or Withdraw Offer; move back to In Progress

Please note: multiple permissions can be given to a user. For example if the user requires all Administrator permission and also the ability to change the status (move to Proceed with Hire or Withdraw Offer; move back to In Progress) the permissions they would need is Hirer and Administrator.

These permissions can be change at any time within the configuration screens of your system - just select "Roles and Permissions" and search for "Referencing" in the search bar. You can the turn the function on or off for each type of role.

The below link is a useful guide which covers everything you need to know regarding your new Referencing module:
