Assigning a default Application Form

Learn how to set your default Application Form against your workflows.

When posting roles, a basic capture form must be connected in the background to collect the candidate’s CV and personal details so they are received in Talos. If this connection is not in place, you may encounter an Internal Server Error when completing the post.

To connect your default Application Form you will need to go into the Manage Settings screen within the Configuration screen here:

In this screen you will see your list of workflows, the form will need to be connected to all of the workflows in use. You can do this by selecting Actions and "Edit Settings":

An application form will then need to be selected from the drop down, this can either be your main application form or we recommend using a Basic Application Form that will just capture basic personal details:

Once saved this is complete!

Note: If you amend the connected form, it will become disconnected. You will then need to repeat the same steps to reconnect the form. To minimise the risk of this happening, you can add “Do Not Edit” to the title of the selected form.
